The idea behind the formation of the Amicale ULFG2 was born after the graduation ceremony of the first class. Thus, a first foundation meeting was held at 10:00 a.m. on September 1, 1986.

Following this meeting, several general assemblies were held between January 16, 1986 and April 2, 1986 with the aim of drafting the association statute with the help of lawyer Naim Moughabghab.

As a result, the first version of the statute was adopted on May 18, 1986. At the same time, three representatives, Mr. Hani Salameh, Mr. Nahef Nakhlé and Mr. Fadi Abou Chedid, were elected to represent the association in the relations with the Ministry of the Interior and to prepare for the election of the first executive committee.

On May 17, 1986, the first executive committee and its chairman Mr. Hani Salameh were elected.

It was later succeeded by various executive committees which were elected along with their chairmen as follows:

In order to develop a mutually beneficial and long-lasting relationship between the ULFG2 graduates living in Lebanon and abroad, an AULFG2 chapter was established in the United Arab Emirates. The election of the first executive committee took place on April 04, 2008 in Dubai.
